IconRestorer is a powerful and handy tool that allows you to backup and restore the icons position on desktop in a snap. As you know, or not, the position of icons on your desktop or the screen resolution can be altered due to a system crash. This program avoids you the trouble of manual restoring the icons to their original positions, thus saving you valuable time. It also allows you to save two different profiles of icons position, as well as different screen resolutions. Moreover, you can also save and restore your desktop wallpaper. The interface is really intuitive and nice, and is available in multiple languages and color schemes. You can also rename, delete, export and import all your backups, and also move many files with unsaved position to a folder called "Extra Files" on desktop, to find them more easily. It has option that enables you to automatically restore the last desktop layout when the program starts. It automatically checks for program updates and offers free support. It supports Windows Me/2000/XP/Vista. |
